  We called Dayton’s Hometown Pest Control for an ant problem that we were unable to solve using the common household solutions recommended for families with small children and pets. The owner Eric responded immediately and provided same day service. Thoughout the entire process he was professional and proceeded to ensure all of our concerns were addressed, while constantly answering our questions regarding the ants and the failed remedies. He went above and beyond and stayed to work the problem longer than his schedule allowed. We were extremely happy with Dayton Hometown Pest Control and will absolutely recommend Eric’s service to anyone in need.

  I called and Eric squeezed us into a time slot that fit into our schedule. He was on time and quickly evaluated what we needed. He gave us our options which included what he offered and another option. He was straightforward and told us that the other option, not what he could offer us, was the better choice. THEN in addition he spent another half an hour with us explaining and making sure that we understood our options. He even quoted us prices so that we would know what to expect moving forward. I truly appreciated Eric's sincerity and compassion for his job. If I ever have a need for his services again he will be the first person I call.
