I wasn’t impressed with this store... it’s huge with two floors of sports stuff but they don’t have many options for the things you are looking for... I was trying to find a sports coat... the quality of their products were good but they didn’t had many options for a sports coat I was looking... anyway the staff was friendly and very much helpful...

I went to this store because they have a better selection of women's clothing than the one in Huber Heights. And they can have good deals on clearance rack items. However, the problem that I had was with the deceptive clearance rack items. I purchased a pair of North Face shorts that had been marked down; however the sales clerk rang them up at full price. I didn't realize it until the credit card had processed. I was informed I would have to go downstairs and get a refund in order to get a price adjustment. I ended up returning the shorts completely and left. Also, be aware of the prices on the clearance racks. Today, a 40% off the lowest price sign was up; but only for certain colored tags. The North Face, Patagonia, Columbia items were not part of this deal. This needs to be made clearer. It's very confusing for the customer to see a great deal, only for it to be for certain items with a certain tag color. In addition, returns should be available upstairs as well as downstairs. The supervisor that informed me I would have to go downstairs was unhelpful and unapologetic. Granted, I don't know what I expected when kids are in charge of this place. It just seems like retail America has just given up. Store managers do not train sales associates properly anymore; and there is a stagnant aura of apathy all over the place. Ladies, if you are looking for good deals on the brands that Dick's Sporting Goods carries, look online; especially at used gear. There are some great deals to be had without the hassle of shopping at a brick and motor store.
