I really didn’t like how they communicate with customers. They do not know what they are doing. I felt like I was forcing them to sell me internet. Maybe they are working for another company and their job is to represent At& t in the worst way possible. I told the worker that I was unhappy with her service and what she told me back was just “ ok!!! “
