  The customer service I have had with this place is terrible. Every time I purchase something it always seems to be on back order and they end up pushing out delivery dates for two weeks later. Last purchase we made they called us the day before delivery and said that our kids’ beds would not make it there, leaving my kids with their mattress on the floor. I called and spoke with manager Joe. He understood my frustration but his service as far as calling me back was not at all a good experience. They are trying to monkey me around on a refund he told he could do on the delivery and set up so now I’ll be stuck making calls to them until it’s settled.

  Nick Mooney and Travis Frazier were awesome. They brought in my furniture and set it all up for me. They were very friendly and were extremely professional. These guys definitely deserve some recognition.
