My insurance company can sometimes be difficult to work with, and I frequently find myself paying for my prescriptions and faxing invoices to my insurance company. However, Dr. Thakker picked up the phone and called the company himself, resolving the issue within minutes. He was helpful and friendly. I was extremely pleased.
